US & Canada only. All items (with the exception of items for preorder) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-3 days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your purchase has shipped.
Preordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Please note that the delivery date provided is an estimate only, & that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for preordered items due to potential unforeseen shipping delays from Uganda. If we are unable to fill your order due to inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order & issue you a full refund.
Please note that Abaana is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you & your baby to love your ring sling! If you are new to babywearing, remember that like most things it will take some practice before you are completely comfortable & confident. We offer tutorials for you to watch & learn from as well as one-on-one support to answer any questions you may have & to walk you through best practices. Please reach out to us for assistance at hello@abaana.co.
We encourage you to fully examine your new ring sling upon arrival (before wash & wear) to determine if any defects are present. Please remember that this is a handmade product crafted with a lot of love & care, & as such tiny imperfections may be present. These are not considered defects & will only add to the charm & uniqueness of your sling.
If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@abaana.co to initiate a refund or exchange. You are entitled to a refund or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date. Product must be returned unused, unwashed, & in original packaging, including all tags. All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange (including that of the initial order) will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
